Alchemy Properties South and Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners in a joint venture with New Valley Realty purchased 303 S Dawson Street and 217 W Martin Street located in Raleigh, North Carolina.  Our plan is to develop a luxury condominium tower consisting of 82 units, a pool and full amenity package, and retail space. The Property is located across the street from Nash Square Park, a beautiful, four acre landscaped and historic green open space that connects the Warehouse District with Downtown Raleigh. New York-based architects Morris Adjmi and Raleigh-based JDavis Architects are designing the new building that pays homage to the Warehouse District.
