Leveraging decades of successful luxury residential real estate development in the New York metropolitan area, we are approaching these new opportunities with both vigor and strength. As opportunistic investors and developers we deploy our deep, veteran team across a wide variety of disciplines. Our goal is to create strong value for customers and strong returns for our partners and investors.

We seek vacant land or value add opportunities for both for sale and rental development. Our risk-adjusted approach is grounded in our cycle-tested knowledge, financial acumen and design-influenced construction prowess. We are happy to pursue off-market opportunities at every stage of the development cycle from raw land requiring rezoning to fully-entitled, shovel-ready projects. We are prepared to develop independently but will also consider joint venture projects where our substantial expertise and extensive network can add value.

We are actively seeking opportunities in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tampa/St. Petersburg, Tennessee and Texas in the range of $50 to $150 million.
