(F) Land, purchased, developed and sold as condominiums including retail space from 2001 to 2004. Retail space developed and sold to home furnishing store. Purchased and developed with institutional partner DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners.
(G) Commercial property purchased, redeveloped and sold as condominiums including retail space from 2003 to 2006. Retail space developed and sold to educational facility. Purchased and developed with institutional partner AEW Capital Management.
(H) Land, purchased, developed and sold as condominiums including retail space from 2005 to 2008. Retail space developed and sold to investor. Property purchased and developed with institutional partner AEW Capital Management.
(I) Land purchased and in the process of developing into condominiums as of 2008. Retail space to be for sale or lease. Property purchased and developed with institutional partner Jamestown.
