At our inception in 1990 we served as work out consultants to major financial institutions subsequently becoming, by mid-decade, opportunistic buyers of defaulted commercial loans and REO properties. This led to the adaptive reuse of commercial structures into residential condominiums and retail and ultimately to ground-up construction of multifamily and condominium developments. In the most recent cycle we revived two defaulted development sites both of which are actively selling.

Our business enters its next phase with our conversion of the tower floors of the iconic Woolworth Building into luxury condominiums.
